Unfortunately there aren't direct trains to our venue from Heathrow.

1. Transfer to or arrive at Terminal 5 and follow signs to Buses.

2. Purchase a ticket from the FirstBus website and board the RA2 bus from Heathrow to Woking. The bus should take approximately 45-minutes and will let you off at the Woking Station.

3. Use the Southwestern Railway's website to review departure times from Woking Station to Fleet. You can pre-purchase your tickets online or purchase in the station. Note: you can not "tap on" with a credit card like you can the Tube/Underground.

4. With your tickets purchased, locate the platform for the South Western Railway service towards Portsmouth.

5. Scan your ticket at the gate and board the train. The train journey will be approximately 20 mins.

6. When arriving to Fleet, grab your luggage and scan out of the gates using your same ticket.

7. A line of cabs will be waiting and can take you to the 10-minute journey to the Elvetham hotel. In the unlikely event there are no cabs out front, you can hail one from the Hart Taxi website or call +44 1252 616149. We recommend taxis over Uber in Fleet/Hook since it's a smaller town.
